Ingredients for HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

YIELD: 5-6 CUPS
|
|
|
Skim Milk
Powder
|
2 1/2 cups
|
|
Icing Sugar (Powdered Sugar),
Sifted
|
2 cups
|
|
Cocoa Powder, Sifted
|
1 cup
|
|
Salt, Finely Ground
|
1 teaspoon
|

METHOD:
1. Sift ingredients into a bowl. Mix well.
2. Pack into clean, dry, airtight jars.
3. Seal, label and store in your pantry for up to 3 months.
How to Make a Hot Chocolate:
Stir 3 heaped tablespoons of hot chocolate mix into 1
cup of boiling water (or hot milk). Serve.
FLAVOUR IDEAS:
o Choc mint
mix: add ground candy canes or powdered mint flavouring;
o Try other
flavours (powdered only, no liquids).
