YIELD: 5-6 CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups skim milk powder
2 cups icing sugar (powdered sugar), sifted
2/3 cup instant coffee
1/3 cup good quality cocoa powder, sifted
METHOD:
1. Sift ingredients into a bowl. Mix well.
2. Pack into clean, dry, airtight jars.
3. Seal, label and store in your pantry for up to 3 months.
How to Make a Mocha:
Stir 3 heaped tablespoons of mocha mix into 1 cup of boiling water. Serve.
