What's happening in the 365 kitchen this week:
   
    Play Dough
For part of my niece's 4th birthday gift on Thursday, using the plastic screw top containers and doing some girly colours, maybe a bit of glitter?
  
    Sweet Chilli Sauce
Using long red chillies
  
   Chickpea Aubergine Curry Pressure canned dish using chickpeas, eggplant, zucchini and spices
   
Jaffa Biscuits - a twist of my basic biscuit mix that you can pack into jars, ready to add butter, an egg and then bake!
  
Granola (Muesli Clusters) - we need a new batch for yoghurt toppers and cereal, maybe something with pistachios, dried cranberries and cinnamon?
   
My weighted gauge also arrived for my pressure canner today, so I can pressure can at 10lbs using this, instead of 11lb using my dial gauge :)
    
P.S. Scored a few mason-style jars from my local Coles here in Perth: $3 each in 500ml and 1 litre sizes.
