April Competition (Australia-Wide)
This month's prize is a beginner's cheese-making kit valued at over $75! This prize includes my 21-page Fresh Italian Cheeses Guide, 2 x ricotta baskets, citric acid, cheese salt, calcium chloride, rennet and a cheese-making book (One-Hour Cheese). Everything you need to begin making fresh, soft cheeses at home!
Prize also includes Australia-wide postage <3
Q: What cheese would you like to learn how to make?
How to enter: 
1) Like our Facebook page, Food Preserving,  
2) Write your answer as a comment on the competition post, and 
3) Share the competition post with your Facebook friends.
Entries open to all Australian residents. One entry per person. Entries close at 5pm on April 30th, 2017 (Perth local time). Winner will be picked randomly and will be announced here (and on the competition post on the Food Preserving Facebook Page). Good luck!
