KEFIR SMOOTHIES

Probiotic, delicious fruit smoothies = a great start to your day!
   
Smoothie Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 cup of your favourite milk (dairy or dairy-free i.e. almond milk)
1/4 cup kefir, kombucha or other probiotic drink
1/2 to 1 scoop of organic vegan protein powder (optional)
1-2 teaspoons cocoa/cacao powder (optional)
1-2 tablespoons of yoghurt (optional)
1/2 to 1 cup of fruit
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
 
Method:
Place milk, powdered ingredients, fruit and ice into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain to remove seeds if desired.
Serve chilled.
 
WK = Water Kefir
CWK = Coconut Water Kefir
MK = Milk Kefir
CMK = Coconut Milk Kefir
 
BANANA – MK, banana, honey, yoghurt, vanilla
BANANA & MUESLI – MK, yoghurt, vanilla, banana, muesli, honey
BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER – MK, banana, peanut butter, cacao
BANANA & RASPBERRY – mango WK, yoghurt, mango, raspberries, banana
BLUEBERRY & BANANA – blueberry WK, banana, blueberries, yoghurt, vanilla
BLUEBERRY, BANANA & KIWI – MK, blueberries, banana, kiwifruit, yoghurt
BLUEBERRY & STRAWBERRY – strawberries, blueberries, MK, yoghurt
BLUEBERRY OATS – coconut water, MK or WK, chia, oats, banana, blueberries, date
BREAKFAST – banana, muesli, date, honey, CWK, CMK, chia, ground cinnamon
CHOC – coconut water, CMK, cacao powder, banana
CHOC RASPBERRY – CMK, raspberries, cacao, coconut milk, yoghurt
GREEN F+V – apple, pineapple, grapes, kale, spinach, cucumber, lemon, banana, mint, WK
MANGO & BANANA – pineapple WK, mango, banana, yoghurt

MANGO & GREEN TEA – CMK, yoghurt, vanilla, green tea powder, mango, acai
MANGO & PASSIONFRUIT – mango WK, mango, passionfruit, yoghurt
MIXED BERRY – MK, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, yoghurt
RED – blueberries, beetroot, pomegranate juice, raspberries, strawberries, basil, banana, apple, pineapple, date, CMK
STRAWBERRY & BANANA – MK, strawberries, banana, yoghurt, vanilla

STRAWBERRY & RASPBERRY KEFIR SMOOTHIE
TROPICAL – MK, banana, pineapple, mango, yoghurt
TROPICAL MANGO – mango, pineapple, banana, orange, ginger, CWK, CMK
WATERMELON – watermelon, strawberries, yoghurt, WK
 
Combine your favourite ingredients and create a new delicious kefir smoothie flavour!
