Ingredients for
Making 7-8 Cups of SPARKLING PEACH WINE

100% Peach Juice
|
1750ml (fresh or bottled, preservative-free)
|
No. 2 Yeast
|
1/2 cap
|
METHOD:
1. Measure peach juice and yeast into a clean, sterilised 8-cup-capacity plastic juice bottle (or plastic soft drink bottle).
2. Add lid and shake well.
3. Seal tightly with the oztops brewing cap and ferment at room temperature for 2 or more days - until the plastic bottle is firm when pressed (it should still “give” a little when pressed).
4. Refrigerate to set carbonation.
5. Serve chilled.
