GOURMET BREAD - FRENCH GARLIC

A white French bread with a crunchy crust and a soft crumb - and delicious toasted to draw out the garlic flavour. Add extra garlic if you like - we do! Our family enjoyed this with some homemade chicken, corn and garlic soup.
    
Panasonic/Sunbeam Breadmakers
220g water       
350g French Garlic Breadmix
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
2 teaspoons yeast     
    
Other Breadmakers
200g water
350g French Garlic Breadmix
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
   
Method:
1. Add ingredients in order (water first, yeast last).
2. Select French/Wholemeal Setting (3-4 hours).
3. Sprinkle dough with dried garlic and/or dried onion for topping at the prompt (optional).
